While Plate Rolling Sevice is a very effective way to get
the custom metal components you need, it is only sometimes practical.Press
brake machines are often a better option for smaller projects that require less
volume. EvoSteel offers the brake press to create smaller batches of parts. In
addition to creating new components with our machine, we can use these brake
presses to perform secondary operations on existing components.
Press brake forming uses electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic
power to generate the force needed to bend the metal. Our machine for sheet
metal press brake services can be used at various points throughout your
project, wherever additional bending is needed that is not practical to do
using roll forming.
What Press Brake Bending?
A press brake, also known as a brake press, is a machine
tool used for bending sheet and plate material, mostly sheet metal. It creates
predetermined bends by clamping the workpiece between a suitable punch and die.
The bending process is usually performed by two C-frames
that form two sides of the press brake. The lower part is attached to a table,
and the upper part to a moving beam. The lower tool creates a flat surface for
the material, while the upper tool has a clamping bar to hold the material
firmly.
The brake consists of a mechanism where the material is
placed on a flat surface and, during bending, it descends and stabilizes the
material. This mechanism can be operated manually, automatically, or with a
foot pedal. The front of the machine can be opened so that the material can
follow the plate, bending along a straight edge.
The bends can be at any angle, usually up to 120 degrees,
allowing slightly more angles, especially in the case of bar bending. If the
area to be bent is narrow, sharper bends can be achieved by placing the bracket
under the clamping bar and lowering it.
Press brake and metal forming service is one of the oldest

today are fully CNC-controlled, making them highly precise. This is important

Radius molds, on the other hand, bend the sheets according to the circular
shape of the male molds. Form molds are produced by designing completely
according to business requirements. Edge bending (Z-bending), folding are
